Bought this for my 83 yr. old mother-in-law. She's is the most NON-computer person in the world. I was expecting this to be a touch screen operated PC - somehow I didn't pay close enough attention to the different models. DUH - my fault. Was hoping to have her use Windows 8 with a touch screen ... but as it turns out she does pretty well with the HUGE icons and the "corner" click option for Windows 8. The PC w/USB wireless keyboard and mouse came up without a hitch. The screen clarity and resolution is really good. I'm still trying to figure out Windows 8 but so far I kind-of like...even for a PC (non-tablet).

I bought this computer 2 weeks ago and everything seems beautiful, I really like it but when you open 2 or more programs the computer freeze. if I want to see a full hd movie the computer freeze. The only problem here is the processor, is 1.7dual core and the computer use 99% of it for everything.

We got this two weeks ago from a retail store on base and so far all it does is crash, freeze, or stops and cannot even open/read some of the files. Not sure if its because of the windows 8. We have an hp laptop windows 7 and theres nothing wrong with the laptop. We are planning to return the computer this week. Sucks because i already installed microsoft office in this computer.
